Senior ConsultantThe Senior Consultant (Key) leads executive-level initiatives and provides strategic oversight across complex programs and projects. This role requires advanced expertise in project management, business process optimization, and organizational re-engineering. The consultant serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving performance improvement across initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and guide executive-level strategic initiatives and transformation programs.Apply advanced project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of complex engagements.Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Lead business process re-engineering efforts aligned with organizational goals.Review project deliverables for quality, compliance, and alignment with executive objectives.Provide executive coaching and strategic advisory support to senior stakeholders.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure governance standards are maintained.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across business units and leadership teams.Minimum QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field ANDPMP certification or Client mid-level Project Manager certification (or equivalent).Experience:Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience ORMinimum 5 years of experience with a Master's degree or higherRequired CompetenciesAdvanced knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid models)Strong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologiesExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesLeadership and mentoring skillsRisk management and governance oversight experiencePreferred Qualifications (Optional)Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldExperience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiativesExperience working with government or regulated environments
