As they continue to invest in data driven marketing capabilities, they are seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager (Growth Marketing Manager) to support ambitious growth initiatives and strengthen consumer acquisition strategies. Your new role As the Digital Acquisition Manager, you will drive consumer acquisition initiatives across digital and partner channels, helping to grow and optimize a large consumer database. You will identify new acquisition opportunities, manage vendor and agency relationships, and develop strategies that improve lead generation, consumer engagement, and overall marketing performance. Working cross functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Legal, and Technology, you will play a key role in developing scalable acquisition programs while leveraging data and insights to continuously improve results. What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, acquisition marketing, CRM, loyalty, or consumer marketing Proven experience driving customer acquisition, lead generation, or database growth initiatives Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external marketing partners Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Experience working within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, healthcare, financial services, or another regulated industry is highly desirable Proactive, curious, and results oriented approach What you will get in return This is an opportunity to join a growing and innovative business where you will have visibility across multiple functions and the ability to influence strategic growth initiatives.
