Pay: Annual salary of $62,000
What You Will Do in This Role: Rotate through key departments such as Rental, Sales, Parts, Service, and more to gain hands-on experience and a broad understanding of the business. Work closely with experienced leaders who will mentor you throughout the program, helping you build confidence and leadership skills. Learn how to deliver exceptional customer service that creates lasting relationships and drives real impact in the communities we serve. Gain exposure to team management responsibilities and develop your own approach to effective leadership. Understand how the business runs behind the scenes by working with budgets, reviewing financial performance, and tracking operational results. Contribute to improvement projects that make the company more efficient, innovative, and successful. Travel to different locations for training and to support teams where needed, expanding your knowledge and professional network.
