WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGQC Catering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Catering Sales Manager to join our team! The Corporate Catering Sales Manager will find and qualify leads, close sales, foster vendor and venue relationships, formulate sales strategies, and present product value to clients. Ideal candidates have a strong background in corporate sales and experience in catering and event planning. We are seeking a personable individual who is not afraid of picking up the phone and getting out there to make connections. REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years of corporate sales experience - preferably in hospitality Minimum of 2 years or more in catering or events Comfortability with various CRM software and digital tools COMPENSATIONQC Catering’s compensation package includes a competitive experience-based salary, commission plan with unlimited earning potential, and company benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals, KPI's, and analyzing trends. Developing and executing targeted sales strategies and managing sales pipeline. Exceptional communication to negotiate contracts and build vendor/venue relationships. Managing client info in CRM to finalize proposals. Fostering strong client relationships. Collaborating with internal teams for successful event execution. Thrive in a team environment and contribute to company success. Working with the marketing team to implement sales initiatives and identify new opportunities in the Charlotte market.
