Recruiting Contractor

Location: Chicago – Hybrid

Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite | Monday & Friday remote

Hours: Approximately 30–35 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours during higher-volume periods

Pay: $35–$45/hour Contract: November 2026 – June 2027, with potential for longer-term opportunities based on business needs

What you’ll be doing: Managing high-volume candidate pipelines for recurring Contact Center hiring classes Reviewing applications and resumes and identifying qualified candidates Moving candidates through the recruiting process, including video interviews and assessments Reviewing candidate information and determining who should advance based on established criteria Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the offer process Maintaining accurate candidate records and statuses within the ATSManaging multiple hiring classes and overlapping recruiting cycles Partnering closely with the recruiting team to keep hiring processes moving efficiently Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process

What we’re looking for: Approximately 2–3 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience Experience reviewing resumes/applications and managing candidate pipelines Experience working in an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a collaborative recruiting teamA Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and industry background is open.
