About the role

The Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc is seeking a Control Room Operator to safely manage a power plant during normal and emergency conditions, including 12‑hour rotating shifts in California. You will perform startup/shutdowns, monitor systems, and keep accurate logs while coordinating with the Operations team. Attention to safety, strong teamwork, and the ability to respond calmly to emergencies are essential as you operate boilers, turbines, solar field components, and other plant
