About the role

Figma is seeking a Design Manager to lead our internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure. You will steward the foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and shared infrastructure that enable product teams to design and build at scale. You’ll partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to craft strategy, hire and grow designers, drive transformation, and ensure coherence across the product suite while preserving team autonomy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
