About the role

ATG Entertainment USA is seeking a Premium Ambassador for live events in San Antonio. You will elevate the premium guest experience across our venues, including the Majestic Theatre and others, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and memorable visit. You will greet guests, prepare premium spaces, check in guests for experiences, and collaborate with Front of House teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations during evenings, weekends, and holiday events.
