- SIGN ON BONUS!! - $1500 Sign-on bonus for Welders (with 6 mo. or greater previous equivalent production weld experience).$23.00 - $30.00 per hour dependent on experience

About the Role:
The Welder I position is responsible for welding metal components using hand-welding equipment and ensuring weld quality meets specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Inspect and verify parts for accuracy
- Maintain consistent, high-quality welds
- Meet hourly and job-based weld output goals
- Use common welding hand and power tools
Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDWelding certificate or equivalent experience
Working Conditions:
- Industrial fabrication environment
- Exposure to weld fumes, noise, and heat
- Standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching required
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week with possible overtime
