About the role

Raw Material Lead Raw Material Lead will oversee material yard. Manage and maintain raw material locations and organization. They will be responsible for raw material handler and scheduling the saw operator under production controls guidance. Raw material lead will also be responsible for staging and sorting weld and fab shop material. Will also Kit jobs for productions needs under the direction of the scheduler.
Essential Functions: Works with Production Control to ensure scheduled workflow through saw is maintained. Trains and mentors saw operator. Oversees and schedules the daily workflow of the saw. Provides constructive and timely inventory evaluations. Maintain raw material yard organization. Performs other related duties as assigned. Stages upcoming work for saw and weld/fab shop. Kit and stages material for production work orders.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Strong Excel skills High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years' related experience required.
