About the role
Terros Health is seeking an Employment Specialist in Phoenix to provide clinical vocational services to adults with substance-use disorders and related conditions. You will coordinate community and clinic-based employment services, build employer partnerships, and support clients in achieving and sustaining employment. The role includes delivering group and individual training, resume and interview coaching, and driving job placement while adhering to program guidelines.
