Job Description: Bloom Energy is hiring Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform electro-mechanical assembly of our fuel cell systems, work with precision hand and power tools, follow digital work instructions, and ensure product quality.

Position Overview

Role: Assembly Technician

Type: Full-Time / Contract to Hire (ONSITE)

Location: [Fremont, CA / Newark, DE]Pay Rates:

Day Shift: $24.00 / hour Graveyard Shift: $26.45 / hour Shift Schedules: 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Day / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Night) Front-Half Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday Back-Half Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.Hands-on experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and hardware assembly. Ability to follow digital work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. Physical ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and regularly lift 25–50 lbs.

Preferred: 1+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly environment.
