Overview: Our client is seeking a driven Business Growth Strategist to develop new business within an assigned geographic territory. In this role, you will own the sales process from initial outreach through close and onboarding, working with physicians, medical practices, clinics, wellness organizations, healthcare groups, and other healthcare businesses. Following onboarding, a dedicated Account Manager will take over day-to-day account health while continuing to collaborate with you on driving long-term client growth and expansion opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $65,000 plus uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities: Develop new business within an assigned geographic territory. Build and manage pipeline through self-generated prospecting and company- provided inbound leads. Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through proposal, pricing, negotiation, close, and onboarding. Understand client needs and position the appropriate company solution. Build relationships with physicians, practice owners, executives, administrators, and other healthcare decision-makers. Partner with internal teams and the assigned Account Manager to support launch, client health, and future growth. Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, opportunity, and account information within Salesforce and execute against established sales and performance expectations. Travel up to one week per quarter within your territory to meet prospects and expand market presence. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and strategic events.
Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or related experience. Demonstrated success generating and closing new business. Healthcare, diagnostics, medical, or healthcare-related sales experience preferred, but not required. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business owners, healthcare professionals, executives, and other decision-makers. Strong organization and pipeline-management discipline; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred. Willingness to travel for territory development, conferences, trade shows, and business-development opportunities.
