About the role

Ambitions ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children and support their families. You will work under BCBA guidance to implement treatment plans in clients' homes with a compassionate, client-centered approach. The role offers pay of $20–$25 per hour, paid training, free CEUs, and bonuses for referrals. We provide exam fee coverage and a supportive clinical/administrative team to help you grow.
