About the role

Job Description: We are seeking an Experienced Benefits Coordinator to work in our company’s employee benefits department, with a primary focus on health insurance administration. In this role, you will manage day-to-day health plan operations, guide employees through enrollment and claims, and ensure our offerings remain compliant and competitive.
Key Responsibilities: Health Plan Administration: Support the annual open enrollment process, manage daily plan changes, and oversee billing reconciliation for medical, dental, 401K and vision plans. Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries, resolving complex claims issues and explaining coverage details clearly. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all programs align with federal and state regulations, including ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience supporting corporate benefit programs and/or equivalent knowledge with corporate benefit programs.
