We partner with business and technology leaders to strategize and execute digital, analytics and technology initiatives that create top‐line and bottom‐line impact.What you do at Inspire11:Partner with clients to identify and understand business challenges and craft solutions with clear business impact.Develop and present proposals, and write Statements of Work for client execution.Own client relationships with senior executives to enable team and project success.Co‐coach and mentor consultants through delivery and business development.Lead overall delivery quality, assess risk, and drive end‐to‐end project execution.Guide consultants through all delivery phases, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, and development team leadership.Why you are a fit for Inspire11:10+ years of consulting experience in digital or data analytics.Hands‐on experience working with technology teams on data, digital, and/or AI solutions.Experience defining and articulating business value delivered by products or solutions.Led sales pursuits from discovery to program execution within a consulting environment.Organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a thought leader (writing, presenting, collaborating, etc.).Comfortable in fast‐paced environments, able to wear many hats, and driven to avoid boredom.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.401(k) plan with 100% match up to 3% of salary.Short‐term and long‐term disability, life insurance, and employee assistance program.Inspire11 requires the ability to work on‐site at the company or client location as project needs dictate.Inspire11 is unable to sponsor employment visas at this time.
