Opportunities are available in Greece, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Italy, with flexible options including remote, hybrid, or on-site work depending on the project. What You'll Do Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include: Providing customer support via phone, email, or chat Back Office activities Assisting customers with urgent requests in a calm and professional manner Reviewing and moderating online content (videos, images, text) Supporting businesses through Google Ads solutions (sales, onboarding, account management) Managing and growing client portfolios through optimization and upselling Ensuring compliance with platform policies and service standards Maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions Work Locations Greece (Athens or fully remote within Greece) Barcelona, Spain (hybrid) Portugal (fully remote) Belgium (for candidates with some Dutch) Relocation support is provided in all cases, including flight and accommodation assistance, with no cost for the candidate. For remote roles in Greece, additional support is provided to find private accommodation under 300/month, fully furnished, with no sharing required.
