About the role
Who They AreWe've partnered with a leading manufacturer of tanks, pressure vessels, packaged water heaters, and other heating systems and industrial equipment. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of direct reports consisting of production engineers, CAD designers, and technical aftermarket support members.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new engineering talent
- Lead custom engineering projects for pressure vessels, electric boilers, and packaged water heaters
- Develop and maintain engineering standards, design specifications, and calculation templates
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldPE License preferred 7+ years in pressure vessel design 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or project management role Proficiency with CAD software
