Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities: Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills using standardized assessments. Develop and carry out individualized plans to meet students' communication needs. Provide therapy for speech articulation, fluency, voice, language delays, and social communication challenges. Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support communication goals and strategies. Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance and monitor student progress.
Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications: Valid state license and certification to work as an SLP in Arizona. Prior experience working in a school environment preferred. Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse communication disorders. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Ability to support students with augmentative and alternative communication devices if needed.
