About the role

Denver Botanic Gardens seeks a full-time Director of Operations to oversee facilities, maintenance, safety, and capital projects. Lead budgeting, staffing, vendor management, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and a welcoming visitor experience. You will manage HVAC, grounds, water features, security, and sustainability programs while coordinating with city partners and external providers. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of supervisory experience are preferred.
