About the role
The Role:
Recon 360 runs waterproofing, deck coating, roofing, painting, stucco and siding, and elevated element repairs on occupied HOA and multifamily properties. What You Own

- Direct crews and subs; verify every assembly to manufacturer spec before it is covered.
- Own the budget: buyout, forecasting, change orders, sub invoices, and monthly billing.
- Be the point of contact for boards, property managers, and consultants. Weekly written updates.
- Enforce Cal/OSHA, fall protection, and sub insurance and licensing on every site. 3. How You Are Measured 4.
Requirements:
- 5 years of construction PM, with 3 years in waterproofing, deck coating, or roofing.
- Budget and change order ownership.
- Reads drawings and engineering reports; clearly follows the scope of work and manufacturer requirements.
- Valid CA driver’s license; travel throughout California.
Preferred:
Manufacturer applicator certification (Westcoat, Life Deck, Sika, Tremco, or equivalent), IIBEC credential, Cal/OSHA 30, bilingual in English and Spanish. Pay is based off experience.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
