About the role

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a Multi-State Regional Dental/Operations Manager to lead our growing network. The role will oversight surgery teams across markets, oversee recruiting, training, and equipment rollout, and travel frequently to launch new markets while supporting existing locations. The ideal candidate has extensive dental management experience, strong billing/claims knowledge, and a proven ability to coordinate with senior leadership to drive strategic growth.
