Data Entry Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our client's team during a high-volume project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Review documents and records for completeness and correct discrepancies when necessary
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
  • Process and track confidential information while maintaining data integrity
  • Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks during special projects
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
