About the role
To drive customer success and growth in the post-sales lifecycle, the full-time remote Service Line Leader - Advisory Services will manage the implementation of MES solutions, oversee technical deliverables, and collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions, ensuring go-live readiness and post-live support while managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and develop medium to large teams, influencing policy and ensuring delivery within the operational area
Analyze internal and external business challenges to recommend best practices and creative solutions for complex manufacturing processes
Required qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience for roles in the USA
Significant experience in Services & Digital Implementation Services for roles outside of the USA
Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects effectively
Expertise in technical deliverables and project management within a digital context
Strong understanding of industry trends to inform decision-making processes
