Assembler Looking for steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to make an impact? Join our team in Maple Grove as an Assembler! You'll play an important role in building, inspecting, and preparing our products for shipment—helping ensure quality and accuracy every step of the way.
Pay: $17.25/hr 1st: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday Overtime as needed!
What You'll Do:
Assemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructions Pack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damage Keep track of inventory using manual or electronic systems Operate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow company quality standards and safety policies Collaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required 1+ year of relevant assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time Experience reading blueprints and using hand tools preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility for overtime when needed Safety shoes required!
