City Year Chicago is seeking a Director of Individual Giving to lead the program that secures major gifts from individuals and to work with volunteers, board members, and senior leaders. The role aims to meet quarterly and annual fundraising goals by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. The position reports to the Managing Director of Development and partners with the Marketing team to maximize donor engagement.
