About the role

Overview You will drive end-to-end PoCs in production environments, combining front-end and back-end work with Generative AI on Azure and AWS. You collaborate with data scientists, designers, and PMs to deliver scalable AI-enabled web apps, iterate quickly, and document solutions for future reuse. This role blends hands-on development with cloud deployment, aiming to advance technology services and measurable social impact. Compensation / Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Health savings account Matching 401k retirement plan Generous paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee discounts Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to refine customer use cases for Generative AI solutions Design, develop, and implement end-to-end PoCs on Azure AI and AWS Bedrock Build and maintain scalable, secure web applications integrating Generative AI models and APIsDevelop front-end and back-end components ensuring good UX and data processing Prototype and iterate features based on feedback and requirements Integrate cloud services and manage deployment pipelines for PoCsDocument technical designs and architecture for knowledge sharing Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, UI/UX, PMs) to deliver high-quality solutions Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging for reliability and performance Stay current with Generative AI and full stack development best practices Key requirements 5+ years in full stack development (front-end and back-end)3+ years of Python development Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWSFamiliarity with Generative AI concepts and AI/ML model integration Proficiency in Python, Java Script (Node.js, React, Angular) or similar Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Open Shift or Docker)Strong knowledge of software development best practices, version control (Bitbucket), and Agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills Clear communication for non-technical stakeholdersproblem-solvingcollaborationclear communication Python Java Script (Node.js, React, Angular)RESTful APIs
