About the role
Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a founding Senior People Business Partner to design and run people programs across our growing organization.
You will work with department leaders as a trusted advisor, architecting strategic HR initiatives and delivering end-to-end programs in a hybrid on-site role in San Jose, CA three days per week, with possible West Coast remote for exceptional candidates. You will partner with executives on manager development, performance management, and policy documentation,
