About the role

Baylor Genetics seeks an experienced Healthcare Compliance Leader to turn regulatory guidance into internal policies and to oversee the company’s compliance program. This role requires strong collaboration across teams and a proactive approach to risk management. You will drive risk assessments, coordinate audits, educate teams on policy adoption, and work with auditors to ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Stark, EKRA, and related laws. Hybrid/Remote work options available.
