Community Relations Director – Senior Living Community We are seeking aCommunity Relations Directorto join a well-established senior living community in Boise, Idaho. This is afull-time, permanent, salaried positionwith a respected senior living operator. The community is looking to add a sales professional to an established team, with a primary focus on external outreach, referral relationships, events, and driving census growth. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales, marketing, business development, or community relations experience. Senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or related experience preferred. Demonstrated success withexternal outreach, referral development, and community events. Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, community partners, prospective residents, and families. Comfortable discussing assisted living and higher-acuity care options with prospective residents and their families. Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and customer service skills. Collaborative personality and the ability to work effectively as part of an established sales team. Existing relationships within the Boise market are a plus. Current and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities: Proactively develop relationships withhospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizationsto generate new leads and referrals. Drive external outreach and represent the community at networking opportunities, events, and community activities. Plan, coordinate, and execute events designed to generate prospective resident leads and increase community awareness. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents and their families throughout the sales process. Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct tours, manage leads, and complete purposeful follow-up. Promote the community's independent living, assisted living, and memory care offerings based on each prospect's needs. Help prospective residents and families understand the value of the community and navigate urgency around making a move. Collaborate with the existing sales team to manage leads and support overall census growth. Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the CRM. Partner with community leadership to identify opportunities to improve occupancy and strengthen the community's presence in the local market.
