Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Wholesale Sales team, helping drive sales, maintain strong account relationships, and execute seasonal business initiatives. This role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Wholesale Sales team in driving sales and servicing Men’s retail accounts. Manage order entry and in-season order maintenance, including Special Orders, extensions, style and pricing updates, and order flow. Partner with Sales and Customer Service leads on key accounts to facilitate communication and resolve order-related needs. Maintain ATS and other sales tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date product and account information. Oversee showroom organization, sample management, seasonal market setup, and showroom calendar. Coordinate sample distribution for Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and other business needs. Support East Coast market appointments, events, and seasonal selling initiatives. Maintain contact and store lists and coordinate sales-related expenses. Assist with special projects and other priorities across the Wholesale Sales team.
Qualifications & Skills:
1–3 years of experience in fashion, wholesale, sales, or a related field preferred. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, collaborative approach. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Interest in premium fashion, denim, and the wholesale business.
