Now Hiring – Machine Operator 1 / Injection Mold
Pay: $16.00/hour Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM 4-Day Workweek! We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our production team! This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on work operating injection molding equipment.
What You'll Do: Prepare and operate injection molding machines Mask and unmask parts Load and unload parts from machines Inspect finished parts for quality Repair defective parts as needed Clean molds and production equipment Check machine settings and operating parameters Ensure materials are ready for production Follow safety and production procedures Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For: Mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude preferred Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Good problem-solving skills Reliable and willing to learn Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, pushing, pulling and stooping Ability to lift, pull and carry 20–50+ lbs., depending on the assignment Comfortable working in heat during the summer and cold during the winter Great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience looking to get into manufacturing!
