Client Overview: Our client is a leading global luxury brand.
Role Overview:
This role will serve as a central coordination point across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Omni-Channel, Public Relations, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, status trackers, and key milestones from project initiation through completion.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively communicate issues and recommended solutions to relevant stakeholders.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for project-related communication across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Omni-Channel, PR, and other business partners.
Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas and follow-ups, document action items, and ensure accountability for next steps.
Support the intake and organization of creative and marketing briefs, ensuring projects are properly documented and aligned before execution begins.
Track creative assets and campaign deliverables across email, web, digital, marketing, and public relations initiatives.
Coordinate the review and approval process for creative assets, layouts, copy, and other materials, partnering with Marketing, Proofreading, Legal, and other required stakeholders.
Maintain organized project folders, working files, trackers, and other shared resources to provide clear visibility into project status and deliverables.
Help coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while responding effectively to changing business needs, deadlines, and priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project organization.
Partner closely with creative teams, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other creative contributors, to support smooth project execution.
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established project requirements.
Project Manager Qualifications:
7+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing, creative, retail, luxury, fashion, beauty, consumer, or similarly fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
Calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented when managing competing demands or unexpected changes.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional creative partners, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other creative professionals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with digital marketing workflows, creative review processes, and cross-functional approval cycles.
Experience with project management and creative collaboration platforms such as Asana, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Frame.io, or Acrobat is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools, chatbots, and prompt-based workflows is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
