Job Description: Role: Document Scanning & Records Clerk
Location: Browns Summit, NC 27214 Setting: 100% on-site
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a - 5pProject: 2 months with the possibility to extend to EOY
Pay: $19/hour We're looking for a reliable, organized individual to support a B2B Collections team with a short-term document scanning project. This is a straightforward, entry-level position focused on locating physical records, scanning documents, and keeping files organized.
What You'll Do: Locate and pull requested physical records Organize and prepare documents for scanning Scan and upload documents into the appropriate system Verify documents are clear and matched to the correct account Track completed requests and accurately re-file records Keep files and records organized throughout the project
What We're Looking For: Reliable with strong attendance Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable following a consistent, repetitive process Basic computer skills Able to work independently and stay on task Comfortable being on your feet and handling files/boxes Previous filing, scanning, clerical, administrative, or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required No collections, accounting, or customer-facing experience required.
