Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple waterproofing and joint sealant projects simultaneously from award through closeoutOwn project budgets, cost projections, profitability, billing, change orders, and financial performanceReview contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, and project requirementsCoordinate material procurement, manpower, equipment, schedules, and field operationsWork closely with superintendents and field leadership to ensure projects are properly staffed and executedManage waterproofing systems, joint sealants, expansion joints, traffic coatings, air barriers, and related specialty scopesIdentify scope gaps, changes, and additional work and effectively manage change ordersBuild and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, manufacturers, and project teamsParticipate in project turnover, preconstruction, scheduling, progress meetings, and closeoutHelp establish processes, develop the team, and support the continued growth of Sparkle’s Waterproofing & Joint Sealants DivisionQualifications 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferredDirect experience in waterproofing, joint sealants, expansion joints, air barriers, coatings, or related building-envelope scopes strongly preferredStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and cost managementProven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneouslyStrong financial and commercial understanding of project profitability and change managementAbility to work effectively with field personnel, general contractors, manufacturers, and customersHighly organized, accountable, decisive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced construction environmentExperience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
