About the role

City of Durango is seeking a Head Daycare Leader to guide a small team in the Gametime afterschool program. You will support daily operations, create a welcoming environment for 25-30 children, and ensure safer, engaging activities. Roles include supervising 3–5 Program Leaders, coordinating schedules, and partnering with families. Part-time/seasonal positions offer flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Training and development are provided.
