About the role

Chesterbrook Academyis seeking a loving and attentive Lead Infant Teacherto join our team Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported. As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs. Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates. Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills. Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications: Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
Must have: CDA, or AA degree/Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or at least 60 credits with 6 credits in Early Childhood/Child Development A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
