About the role
Seeking an experienced and strategic Director of GTM Operations, this full-time remote position will lead GTM initiatives, analytics, and business operations for the Americas, focusing on shaping GTM strategy and driving market success while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with company objectives and regional market needs
Oversee the implementation of analytics frameworks to measure GTM effectiveness and ROI
Act as the primary liaison between the central GTM strategy team and regional leaders, providing tailored guidance and support
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business analytics, or a related field
Proven experience in leading and managing teams
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, such as Tableau or Snowflake
