Role Description: The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for leading regional sales and marketing activities, including setting sales targets, developing growth strategies, and overseeing execution across assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include managing and coaching the sales team, building relationships with healthcare providers, conducting client meetings and presentations, and monitoring performance metrics. The Regional Director will collaborate with operations and clinical teams to align offerings with customer needs, coordinate marketing campaigns, and identify new business opportunities. The role also includes budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership on market trends, pipeline status, and revenue performance.
Qualifications: Strong sales and sales operations skills, with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and regional targets. Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with healthcare clients. Team management and leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Business development skills, including market analysis, prospecting, and developing go-to-market strategies. Experience in medical devices, healthcare services, or related industries preferred. Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and travel within the region as needed. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
