About the role
Lilly is hiring an Emergency Response (ER) Specialist – HSE to lead the onsite Emergency Response Team as a shift lead and Incident Commander for a 24/7 operation. The role interfaces with medical, EHS, security, and local agencies to respond to emergencies and support training, inspections, and program delivery.
Required are EMT-B or higher, Hazardous Materials Technician, and Incident Command certifications, with past experience across multiple crews.
