About the role

Acqualina Management, LLC is seeking a Concierge to assist guests at our Sunny Isles Beach, FL property. You will provide information, coordinate special arrangements, and ensure guest needs are met throughout pre-arrival, stay, and post-stay phases. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of luxury hotel experience, strong English communication, and a professional demeanor. This is an on-site role supported by a collaborative team across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments.
