I’m working on a new opportunity for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Sales professional in the Denver market!💰 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission💰 $150K–$200K Target Compensation🏆 Top Rep earned $215K in 2025🚗 Monthly Car Allowance + Fuel Card🏥 Full Benefits + PTO + Paid Holidays📍 Denver, CO | Hybrid + Local Customer Visits This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in new-install fire sprinkler projects who understands both the technical and sales sides of the business.

What we’re looking for: • 4+ years of fire sprinkler sales or design experience• Experience specifically with NEW INSTALL fire sprinkler projects — not service-only sales• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, sprinkler design drawings, and applicable NFPA codes• Fire sprinkler project management experience• Strong closing, negotiation, and customer-facing skills• Sprinkler design and hydraulic calculation experience is a major plus! The commission structure pays from dollar one, includes significant accelerators, and has NO CAP on earnings.
