About the role

POWER House seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead therapy services within our residential halfway house program. You will supervise therapists, case managers, and interns; ensure adherence to treatment standards and documentation quality; and coordinate multidisciplinary care to promote trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, policy development, and ongoing staff development with a focus on safety, HIPAA compliance, and program outcomes.
