About the role

Crate Builder / Packaging Associate We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Crate Builder / Packaging Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for building custom crates and pallets, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring all packaging meets quality and safety standards.
Shift: M-F 7AM TO 3:30PMKey
Responsibilities: Build custom crates and pallets based on order specifications Interpret order pick lists to determine items for shipment Perform quality control checks to ensure items are packaged correctly and securely Weigh and label packages accurately for shipping Inspect packages to ensure they are free from damage Inspect shipping containers to ensure compliance with shipping regulations Assemble and prepare daily orders for shipment based on location and shipping requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required (Associate’ s degree or equivalent experience preferred)3– 5 years of experience building custom crates and pallets 3– 5 years of experience in packaging and shipping operations Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
