Appointment Setter Direct Hire with Car Guys Inc. Car Guys Inc. is growing fast, and we are hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to join our internal team. This is a direct hire position with Car Guys Inc., not a placement for one of our clients. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the phone, follows a proven process, and can turn warm leads into scheduled demos. Compensation$45,000 per year Full-time, W2 position

Position Overview: The Appointment Setter is responsible for making outbound calls, following up with inbound leads, and scheduling demos for our recruiting platform. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to stay organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to warm leads Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally Schedule demos for our sales team Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRMFollow a structured call cadence and daily workflow Maintain consistent energy and professionalism throughout the day
