The firm is committed to thoughtful design, technical excellence, and responsive client service, delivering projects that are well-coordinated, code-compliant, and constructible.
Position Overview: The Project Architect is responsible for the day-to-day production of construction documents and technical drawings, typically acting as the bridge between project managers and junior drafting staff. Ensure projects stay on schedule, handle consultant coordination, and oversee CAD/Revit production from schematic design through construction administration.
Key Responsibilities: Document Production: Producing high-quality construction documents (CDs), drawings, and technical details. Coordination: Managing coordination between consultants (MEP, structural) and ensuring plans comply with building codes. Project Phases: Support all phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Administration (such as reviewing shop drawings and RFIs).Communication: Acting as a liaison between the Project Manager, consultants, and clients for daily project operations. Mentorship: Assigning tasks to junior staff, checking their work, while maintaining drafting standards.
Required Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)Years of experience not including internships: 5+ years Licensed or on track to become licensed Proficiency in Revit and AutoCADStrong leadership skills
