About the role

AllSkills Recruiting is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators and Foremen for utilities/telecom construction in the Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, OH markets. The roles involve deep excavation, conduit installation, manholes, and underground infrastructure for data center projects. Positions are direct hire with benefits beginning Day One; relocation assistance is available. Foreman roles pay $40-$45/hr DOE and Operators $37-$42/hr DOE, with overtime.
