About the role

Location: Miami, FL (office-based role)
Reports to: Sales Manager (North America)
Team: 3x Account Managers & 2x Sales Development Representatives About usecure At usecure, we're transforming how organisations manage human cyber risk. Our fast-growing SaaS platform helps businesses automate security awareness training, run real-world phishing simulations, and simplify compliance — building a stronger security culture for customers around the world. We're a UK-based, investment-backed company with an established global presence, including a growing footprint in North America (NAM) built through our channel partners. By focusing on the MSP channel and SMB market, we've built a distinct, defensible position in cyber security. We're now taking the next step: building our first office-based US sales team to accelerate that growth.
The Opportunity: We're looking for dynamic, full-cycle Account Managers to help drive our growth in NAM. You'll own the deal from first demo through to close, onboarding, and expansion, working closely with our distribution partners and MSP network as they evaluate, purchase, and grow with usecure. There is real scope to shape how we sell and support customers as the region grows. You'll act as the face of usecure for your accounts: running demos, closing deals, and building the relationships that turn new customers into long-term partners. SDRs will keep your pipeline full with product demos, and Customer Success will support you on retention, so you can focus on selling and growing your book. If you thrive on ownership, enjoy collaborative, education-based selling, and want to help accelerate usecure’s growth in a key strategic territory, this role is the ideal opportunity for you. What You’ll DoCustomer & Deal ProfileMSP and SMB (

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
