About the role
The Building Skills Partnership (BSP) represents a unique non-profit collaboration between the property service workers' union Service Employees International Union - United Service Workers West (SEIU- USWW), commercial building owners, property service employers, client companies and community leaders. BSP offers comprehensive programs tailored to the diverse needs of the community. Our core strategies leverage workforce development, immigrant integration, and community advancement. We have seven offices across the state of California from Sacramento to San Diego. Building Skills Partnership program areas and its curriculum play a key role in driving the productivity and competitiveness of the industry and contributing to the economic and social development of our communities throughout the state., We're looking for passionate, caring volunteers to join our nonprofit's Health & Wellness Program and help create healthier, stronger communities. Whether you have experience in health, fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, event coordination, or simply enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you. Your time and talents can make a meaningful impact. Volunteer opportunities may include Assisting with health and wellness workshops Supporting community outreach events Helping with fitness and wellness activities Providing administrative or event support Welcoming and engaging program participants Sharing professional skills or lived experience to inspire others Virtual and in-person opportunities We're Looking For People Who Are Compassionate and community-minded Reliable and enthusiastic Interested in promoting healthy lifestyles Willing to work as part of a supportive team Must speak Spanish No matter your background or experience level, there's a place for you to contribute.
