Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience with LoanIQ (LIQ) implementation, including configuration, customization, and supportStrong hands-on expertise in LoanIQ queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reportingDemonstrated commercial lending operations experience, covering the full lifecycle from loan closing through servicingAbility to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teamsExperience in a LoanIQ Product Support role, providing end-to-end application supportDeep understanding of LoanIQ application architecture, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across both frontend and backend layersOperations background in Closing and Servicing is required, with a strong understanding of workflows, controls, and compliance
